Brands Create Unforgettable Moments with Eden Muñoz and SiriusXM Media: A Celebration of Música Méxicana

Pandora and SiriusXM are back again with an exclusive live music event, where we bring fans, artists, and brands together to celebrate the thing that unites us all: music. SXM and Pandora’s multi-sponsor series features top performers from across all genres, like rock, R&B, pop, Latin, country, and more. Our franchise events allow passionate, audio-loving fans to get closer to their favorite stars all while engaging with brands that make the night one to remember. On May 25th, we celebrated música and cultura Méxicana with one of the biggest names in Mexican music, Eden Muñoz, and our brand sponsors played a big part in igniting the vibes.
Thanks to our partnerships with companies like SoundCloud, we’re the first in line when it comes to discovering up and coming music. And regional Mexican music has always been in our spotlight. Pandora is considered the digital music leader in the US within the Mexican music industry—68% of the top 25 artists listened to among Hispanics on Pandora are regional Mexican.1
With over 600 fans lining up hours in advance eagerly waiting to see Muñoz perform, DJ Lezlee got the crowd warmed up with the latest hits featured on Pandora’s RMX station. Later, Eden Muñoz, named songwriter of the year by SESAC Latina in the Regional Mexican category, headlined the event and sang his top hits such as “Chale!,” “Consejos Gratis,” and “Bájale.” Muñoz and his 22-person band brought down the house for adoring fans and extended his 60-minute set to nearly two hours of regional Mexican música.
Brands Elevate The Experience
Our brand sponsors, AT&T, Volkswagen, and Chevron made big waves at the event, offering fans a chance to engage and learn more about what their brands had to offer. When entering the venue, fans were greeted with red roses—a Mexican tradition used at dances—along with warm, delicious churros for a sweet treat. While Muñoz performed and brought the crowd together with the música de cultura, our sponsors enhanced the fan experience with exclusive viewing opportunities and fun interactive activities.
AT&T offered 50 fans the opportunity to upgrade their view of the concert to an area near the front of the stage or the premium viewing area by engaging with the brand on social media. And social was en fuego! Additionally, AT&T partnered with a local Mexican designer to create a custom tote bag for fans to use night of and beyond.
Pandora and SiriusXM also partnered with Volkswagen who featured their Taos vehicle within a beautiful floral photo opp and gifted fans with exclusive event credentials to commemorate the evening.
Chevron provided a bubbly 360° photo booth to capture memories of a lifetime.

The night ended leaving fans with heightened brand awareness, lasting memories, an incredible live performance experience, and an elevated sense of community for la cultura Méxicana. Brands that participate in these exclusive events get to connect with consumers like no other.
